ATLANTA— With both houses of Congress now having voted to defund Acorn, conservatives can put another feather in their cap. It is remarkably odd to me that a Congress ruled overwhelmingly by Democrats is increasingly incapable of passing left-of-center legislation, while right-of-center populist legislation on Acorn seemed to glide right through.
