A councilman, hell bent on destroying other people, has been arrested, tried and convicted of illegal wire tapping and unauthorized computer access.
Tony Trout wanted some dirt on his enemies. To get it he broke the law. He uncovered some real dirt but then the feds uncovered him.
Word is he has a standing offer to work in the Obama Administration.
