  ATLANTA— Is Barack Obama an economic superman?  The stock market rocketed off yesterday, rallying nearly 500 points upon announcement of Tim Geithner’s TARP 2.0 plan for alleviating banks and financial institutions of bad assets.  It was the first positive stock market response to an economic plan announced by the embattled Treasury Secretary.
